Wellness Massage

For most people seeking relaxation, a full-body Swedish massage is all that is desired.  It is the most common form of massage and eases muscle aches and pains.

Typically a wellness massage takes anywhere from one hour to ninety minutes.  If you are of average build, then an hour is usually fine.  If you have a larger build, you may want to add another fifteen minutes.

In most cases, I use an avocado-carrot blend massage lotion that is all natural and good for your skin.  There is no need to wash up afterwards as the lotion quickly absorbs into the skin.

If you prefer, I also have other aromatic oils such coconut-vanilla oil.  There shelf life is not long, so I have to plan ahead.
